What is a FTMX File Type?

To create an FTMX file, select File & &&&& rarr; Save as... when your custom document is open, select your backup location (a useful location is the Finale / Templates folder); name the file; select the FTMX file type; and click Save.

To open an FTMX file select File → New → Model Document and double-click on your FTMX file.

   4. A message will appear "This change will be applied to all files with .MakeMusic Finale extension. By clicking Continue you confirm your selection", click Contine to apply changes.
